Processing your order
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss.
Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless over the delivery method for some reason choose to deliver on a weekend.
All orders delivered within Australia can be tracked. If your order has not arrived, please contact our customer service department for assistance of tracking at
Orders are usually dispatched within 5-10 business days (ex-stock items) – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 2-7 days. Custom items please allow 14-21 days. If you have purchased a same day shipping, item this will be dispatched on the same or next business day depending on time order is placed.
IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.
Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Further, we can only offer refunds on faulty goods, or where we have sent an item that doesn’t match your order. This does not include items that were mistakenly ordered in the wrong size for example.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase – please reference your invoice number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to you receiving your goods. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com
A Return Authority Number (RAN) must be obtained before returning any product. This can be obtained by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unavailability of stock
In the event we take payment for an item that beyond our control can no longer be fulfilled (be it out of stock), we would offer either a replacement item, or full refund – at your choice.
