Short Pass on the Ground
Kick the Strikerite ball with the inside of foot, hitting the center of the yellow cross.
Long Pass on the Ground
Kick the Strikerite ball with the inside of foot, hitting the just above the center of the yellow cross.
High Passing, Shooting, or Crossing
Kick the Strikerite ball with the "laces" just below the center of the yellow cross in the red area.
Chipping the Ball
Kick the Strikerite ball with the top of the foot between the laces and the toe just below the center of the yellow cross in the red area.
Inside Foot Curving
