The City of Wigan celebrates a truly extraordinary 2018 for its Warriors

On 8 January Wigan City Council hosted an official civic ceremony to celebrate what proved to be a fantastic 2018 for the Warriors and their fans.

It was the year in which Wigan Warriors actually pulled off a historic hat-trick of successes with the BETFRED Super League being won by the men's team, the Super League by the women's and a victory in the Academy Grand Finals.

Three successes in 2018, making it a memorable year and filling the entire city with so much pride that it wanted to officially acknowledge and thank the Club for its exceptional achievements.
